Movember Mornings

€0

Target: €25,000
Our Motivation

After joining up here on the Movember site head over to Facebook and send a request to our community where I'll be providing live calls, meditations, journalling prompts and other resources as part of the 'Movember Mornings' program- https://www.facebook.com/groups/2566683986885663
PLEASE NOTE- You will receive emails every time someone donates or joins the team unless you go into account settings and select to turn off all notifications!

Looking forward to pushing toward a fundraising target of €10,000!

Pat

Today I bring down the curtain on my Movember Challenge and in doing so I have to say that being involved in a big group certainly encouraged me to push myself to not only raise money but also complete the full month to achieve the 5 challenges each day.It changed my focus on life and hopefully going forward will make me ready for the challenges ahead.Well done Team Pat Divilly

Adrian Allen: I ran 24 km02:40:00

Last big run for the month the consistency of running every weekend had been a great substitute for hangover days no alcohol with 7 weeks is another massive win in the battle with my own mental health

The final run done and dusted... This year the Movember movement has given me an opportunity to do something a little more productive in terms of raising awareness for suicide awareness and mens mental health..I'm delighted with my effort and the effort of everyone else involved and those who supported it.. enjoy you're Saturday evening.

2 weeks to go to my 50km ultra run today was a big win, I ignored my EGO , do what you set out to do and run the time you set out! My ego was telling me run the 40km or marathon distance of 42.2km I was like no I’ve done enough thank you FU EGO

Today was a good day for me, on many levels.. I set a target for myself fundraising. The amount I set wasnt that high but nevertheless I didnt expect the reaction of so brilliant people out there in being so kind and generous in their donations..I have exceeded my target and it continues to grow, like my moustache
