My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and friends in our lives. I would love if you could help me reach my goal this is my first MO and first charity event so if you could donate a little €5-10 and help me reach my goal of €250 I will go FULL MO! Please support men's health it would be greatly appreciated :)

I ran 24 km02:40:00

Last big run for the month the consistency of running every weekend had been a great substitute for hangover days no alcohol with 7 weeks is another massive win in the battle with my own mental health

2 weeks to go to my 50km ultra run today was a big win, I ignored my EGO , do what you set out to do and run the time you set out! My ego was telling me run the 40km or marathon distance of 42.2km I was like no I’ve done enough thank you FU EGO

I will run a 50km trail run on December 6th so I will use the month of November and MOVEMBER to keep me accountable.
I’m also part of the Pat Divilly team and movember morning when we set daily routines of 5 main goals each day
