It was great to have the NUIG Rugby Club down in Salthill this crisp Sunday evening. Congrats to the boys on their win and for showing us support in getting that step closer to changing the face of men's health.

Our boys out West are still doing their thing in Killary and Westport and they'll be back down with us bright and early at Coldvember HQ tomorrow morning at 07:30am.

This November, 6 NUIG students are on a mission to change the face of men's health. We will be submerging ourselves in the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean everyday throughout the month of November in an effort to raise awareness and funds through the Movember Foundation.

Any donations big or small are welcome and will go a long way in helping change the face of men's health. We are out to smash our goal of €6,000 so every little helps!

Eoin Ryan: Day 3 - Spread across Connacht 20 m00:30:00

The weekend is here and the lads are spread across Connacht but we're still getting in. Reality check for the boys in Coldvember HQ, Salthill this morning. Not quite the sunrise we got accustomed to yesterday.

Drizzly. Windy.

Despite that, the air temp was up this morning and we went for it.

3/6 lads were elsewhere in Connacht and swam in Killary Harbour, Connemara and Westport amongst some scenic backgrounds nestled under Croagh Patrick.

Donations are coming in strong and we have raised €800 by close of day 3. Thank you to every one who has supported us so far. This is going a long way in helping change the face of men's health.

Eoin Ryan: Day 2 - Sunrise swim at Blackrock Diving Tower, Salthill, Galway 20 m00:30:00

It was a fresh start this morning. Water temperature roughly 8°C and air temperature 3°C. Morale is high though and the sunrise we were rewarded with was the cherry on top.

Have a browse around the Movember website to see the great work the Movember Foundation does and how they are investing in a wide range of projects, research and initiatives all in the aim of changing the face of men's health.

Great turnout on day 1 of our Coldvember campaign. Thanks to everyone who showed a face and remember that we'll be doing this everyday so we're always happy to see more faces whether they be strangers or friends. Please donate to our page and help reach our goal of raising €6,000 for men's health.

brand new route today, made it up as I went along basically. One of the great things about running around Galway is the amount of twists and turns you can take, it makes every run different!
