My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

"Movember? But that's for men!" is usually what I hear when I say I'm fundraising for the Movember Foundation. But, every woman has an important man in their life, whether it's a husband, father, brother or friend and there are plenty ways to raise money for the Movember Foundation that don't involve growing a Mo!

I volunteer as the Movember Community Ambassador in Galway to help raise money and awareness for the foundation and encourage others to do the same. And why am I so passionate about this charity? I've lost too many young male friends, too early, some to suicide and some to cancer. Most of which could have been prevented if they received the right help.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. Please donate to support men's health and help me stop men dying too young.
