Throughout Movember 2020 campaign I have completed 149km. I have made a greater effort to get out for walks in the evenings and at weekends.

Since November I've completed 268KM - I ran every second night until my knees gave in and then mostly walked. It was a great motivator to get out late in the evenings even in the rain/damp/cold and very dark evenings.

This team hasn't posted any activities yet. Encourage them to get out there and embrace their sweaty Mo.
