My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I want men to become aware of their own physical & mental health and seek help when necessary.

Men need to be aware of any changes that could impact their physical and mental health. I also believe that more men need to be encouraged to talk about their physical and mental health. Early intervention is what will help men to live longer and healthier lives. Where men notice any changes, it is very important they speak to their doctor. Do not put off this conversation.

Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men, and rates have doubled in the last 50 years. The Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths from testicular cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

International Men’s Day takes place this Sunday, 19 November - if you’re around the Dublin area there is a Family Day being hosted by the Frontline Mo Bros in Phibsborough Fire Station from 11-3pm pop by and say hello!

A shout out to the teams battling it out just off your screens in spaces 21-24 of our leaderboard. We have Team CRH Ireland, Intel Shannon Movember, Raheen Moustachery Society and AGL - Movember Team 2023 - all still to play for over the next few weeks!
