My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are "toughing it out" or "Just coping" and keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% or more by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young or too soon. There's more to life and every single man woman and child needs to know, there's always someone here to listen. . .

Our fathers, brothers, partners, sons and friends are dying too young. And for reasons that are largely preventable. Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,320 men’s health projects all over the world, with the aim of helping men live happier, healthier, longer lives.
