My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are "toughing it out" or "Just coping" and keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% or more by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young or too soon. There's more to life and every single man woman and child needs to know, there's always someone here to listen. . .

Phil donates Platelets religiously for the benefit of others so here's a well deserved donation and I can't inflict that facial hair on Siobhan any longer. Fair play Phil.
