My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

in April of 2026, I plan to do a total of 7500 reps of 100kg deadlifts, 100kg bench press, and 100kg squat to match the amount of numbers of people who commit suicide each year. Each year, we lose on average 750000 people to suicide each year.
