My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the men in our lives! This is now my 6th year.

The support the last few years has been unreal. I want to try keep that momentum going, to make Men's lives healthier.
This year, I'm running Dublin Marathon in October as part of Team MOVEMBER, any support is hugely appreciated. I will also be running the donadea 50km in February. As usual then, I will challenge myself in November, whether it's running, Ice baths or doing something that I usually wouldn't do.

I've struggled with mental health myself and also have had people very close to me suffer from prostate cancer. This is why Movember means a lot to me! if you've any questions or want to stay up to date my Instagram is @Kiomu00
Please donate to support men's health.

Movember Ambassador Pádraig O’Hora also has a special welcome message for everyone taking part.

We’re already seeing incredible creativity from clubs and teams - from training-ground fundraisers to Mo-themed match nights and challenges. The Mo-mentum is well and truly building!

So keep pushing, keep fundraising, and keep flying the flag for your county. The leaderboard is live- and the battle for the All-Ireland Mo Championship starts now!
