My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year, I’m taking part in Movember to raise awareness and support men’s mental health.

Having played American football in Ireland for the past four years, I’ve seen first-hand how important team spirit, support and camaraderie are. As a predominantly male sport, I believe it’s especially important to encourage open conversations about mental health and to challenge the stigma that can sometimes prevent men from speaking up.

It’s okay not to be okay. Struggling mentally is nothing to be ashamed of, and asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Sometimes, simply talking to someone can make a huge difference.

My aim this Movember is to help spread that message, encourage more men to open up, and remind everyone that no one has to face their struggles alone.
