This year, the Wexford Eagles are proud to take part in Movember to help raise awareness of men’s mental health throughout our local communities in the South East and across the wider American Football Ireland (AFI) community.

As a sport that is predominantly male, we believe it’s especially important to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking openly about their mental health. Too many men struggle in silence, and we want to help change that.

Our goal is to encourage open conversations, break down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health, and remind everyone that it’s okay not to be okay, and it’s always okay to talk.

Throughout Movember, we’ll be growing our moustaches, raising awareness, and supporting a great cause while having a bit of fun along the way!
