Our Motivation

This November
Myself and conny are running
60km every week for the month of November
For a total of 240km each and 480km altogether
We are doing this to highlight the fact that
every 60 minutes 60 men die from suicide worldwide .
Because of repeated breaking of the donation goal
We are upping the kms for the final week to 70km each
So 250km each for month 500km total
As one final push
We're raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. We need your help. Please donate to support men's health.
