I am twisting your arm to do something fun to raise awareness and funds for Men's Health this November. You may or may not be familiar with Movember, but very simply you grow a moustache and use every opportunity that it gives you to raise awareness and normalise conversations about Men's Health. You do this in your everyday practice as a pharmacist, so this will be a fun addition to a serious topic. I am so lucky to know so many of you from outside Ireland, so I want a global group so we can make a global impact
