Folks,

We are into the final straight...

I just wanted to thank you all for taking part, for making that decision and thinking, "You know, I think I will grow that mo or Do those walks/Runs". You have all been phenomenal. We have already surpassed last year's total and there is a few days left.
Thank you for believing in this campaign, thanks you for taking part and thank you for supporting Men's Health. Next year when this campaign is starting again, can I ask you to tell your colleagues about the positivity this campaign brings.

Let me know if you fancy a Skype party!

Thanks,
Mike

Only 10 days left in Movember! It's time to get those final donations in and get the final push to get us to our target. I know that there are few events happening next week so that will help.

Great work everyone!!! :-)

Unfortunately cancer is something that touches most of our lives . One way to help is by donating platelets which are used in the treatment of cancer and other illnesses. As they remove the platelets and return the rest of the blood to you it can be done once a month and the only discomfort is a little pinch . Free food and beverages are also provided.
To find out more call 1850731137
or look up giveblood.ie/platelets-donation/ .Thanks

After pounding the pavement running it does have an effect on the back . I've had back trouble myself and something that has helped me is a dead hang from a bar ( picture attached) it helps decompress the spine and improves grip strength too.

Dont forget to stop and enjoy your walk /run also take a pic savour the moment remember the reason we are all going this to raise awareness of mens health !

317 Week(s) Ago

As we come to the end, I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who donated, grew the Mos, made the Moves and held events. I'm of no doubt we should double our target by the end if the weekend. I hope to get a final mail out on Monday.

Thank you all!!

Mike
