THE MO IS CALLING

Optum Mo Bros and Mo sisters - Movember is our time to unite. To take on mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. And you coming along for the ride only makes us stronger!

Though we have supported Movember since 2009, let's come together as Optum Ireland & UK to help make Movember 2023 the best yet.

To ensure this challenge is all-inclusive I am setting 3 challenges:

1 – Starting on Wednesday 1st November – Grow a moustache (it must stay on for the full duration of November).
2 – Walk 30km’s (1km a day!) throughout the month of November.
3 – Do 1,500 (50 press-ups OR 50 sit ups a day!) during the month of November.

Work isn’t all about work. Connection between colleagues matters.
