Our Motivation

THE MO IS CALLING

Optum collaboration of employees, CBRE, Aramark & G4S.
Mo Bros and Mo sisters - Movember is our time to unite.

To take on mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. And you coming along for the ride only makes us stronger!

Though we have supported Movember since 2009, let's come together as Optum Ireland & UK to help make Movember 2024 the best yet.

To ensure this challenge is all-inclusive to our 'Mo sisters' also, I am setting 3 challenges:

1 – Starting on Friday 1st November – Grow a moustache (it must stay on for the full duration of November).
2 – Walk 60km’s (2 km's a day!) throughout the month of November - for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world.
3 – Do 1,500 (50 press-ups OR 50 sit ups a day!) during the month of November.

Work isn’t all about work. Connection between colleagues matters.
