A new chapter in prostate cancer care in Ireland

New report shining a light on the real face of men’s health
The Real Face of Men's Health is our most comprehensive report providing unprecedented detail about the state of men's health. It highlights guys’ experiences with the healthcare system, the ripple effect of poor men’s health on the people around them and the cost to our healthcare systems.
Getting more young men to Know Thy Nuts
Testicular cancer is the #1 cancer among young men. But most guys don’t know it. Our annual Know Thy Nuts campaign, held during Testicular Cancer Awareness Month in April, encourages young men to know their risk, know their nuts and know what to do if something doesn’t feel quite right down there.
Teaming up with the GAA to tackle mental fitness among young players
We’re in our second season working with the Gaelic Athletic Association and Gaelic Players Association to roll out Movember Ahead of The Game – teaching young players about mental health and helping them build the mental fitness to deal with the challenges life and sport can throw. Together, we’ve reached over 10,000 young players, parents and coaches and counting.

If there's one thing Movember is known for, it's this. Growing a Mo is our symbol for better men’s health. It also grabs attention and starts important conversations. So give it a go – it shows the world you stand for healthier men and a healthier world.
Move is how we remember the 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour. To take part, all you have to do is run or walk 60km. Cover the distance in one go or over the month.
Why not host an event that raises awareness and funds for men’s health? Make having a good time your goal and you won’t go wrong.
There are many ways to support Movember. That’s why we have Mo Your Own Way. Climb a mountain, break a personal best, quit social media for a month or take on a dare for men’s health. Do it your way and you won’t go wrong.
Do Movember as a team and get more out of it. More camaraderie, more connection, and more friendly competition to see who’ll go all-out to have the biggest impact on men’s health. Find out how you join an existing team. Or why not round up some friends or colleagues and create your own team.
Doing Movember at work is a great way for you and your workplace to champion men's health. It's a fun way to unite your workplace, boost engagement and job satisfaction, and spark friendly competition with clients, suppliers and industry rivals, all while raising lifesaving funds and awareness for a cause that affects everyone.
One-off donations are quick, easy and immediately get you some good karma. You can also donate to a team of friends or colleagues. And even crypto donations are accepted.

As a 10-year+ Mo Bro it’s hard to imagine not Mo-ing. It’s so much more than the one month of November – it’s the community that is brought together by the team at Movember and the work that is done using the proceeds. I couldn’t imagine not being part of it each year.
