Teaming up with the GAA to tackle mental fitness among young players

We’re in our second season working with the Gaelic Athletic Association and Gaelic Players Association to roll out Movember Ahead of The Game – teaching young players about mental health and helping them build the mental fitness to deal with the challenges life and sport can throw. Together, we’ve reached 10,000 young players and counting. Find out more.

How we’re helping close equity gaps in prostate cancer care

Where you were born. How much money you make. Your ethnicity, race and gender. These, and other factors, shape the cancer care you receive. Earlier this year, Movember announced €4.1M, over three years, in 18 grants globally to create more equitable prostate cancer care. Find out more.

Levelling up mental health in esports

In late 2024, we announced a partnership with esports juggernaut BLAST. Over the last 12 months, we've worked together to reach tens of thousands of players and fans promoting the importance of mental health and healthy communities. Plus, we’re working on world-first guidelines to better support players and make esports settings more psychologically safe. Find out more.

A new chapter in prostate cancer care in Ireland

One in 6 men in Ireland will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. Finding the best treatments is key. We’re proud to be working with University College Dublin on a new and improved approach to using clinical data and biological samples to improve cancer care in Ireland. Find out more.

Getting more young men to Know Thy Nuts

Testicular cancer is the #1 cancer among young men. But most guys don’t know it. Our annual Know Thy Nuts campaign, held during Testicular Cancer Awareness Month in April, encourages young men to know their risk, know their nuts and know what to do if something doesn’t feel quite right down there. Did you know that prostate cancer treatment impact sex and intimacy? In fact, it’s one of the most common issues that men with prostate cancer face. Over the past 12 months, Movember has united national experts to tackle this issue head on. Find out more.

Making men’s health matter

Did you know that Movember has a global Policy and Advocacy Team? This team works tirelessly to get men’s health on the political agenda and just this year has met with three world leaders – working alongside decision-makers on topics related to men’s health. Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen this pay off in big ways, including the Australian Government committing $32M to men’s health and the UK Government committing to their first ever Men’s Health Strategy.
