My motivation

This October, I’ll be running the Dublin Marathon to raise funds for Movember. After losing a close friend to depression, this is a cause very close to my heart. Movember’s impact goes beyond the projects they fund. The campaign raises awareness and break down the stigma men traditionally felt for speaking up. This marathon feels like a full circle moment for me. Running played a huge part in my life while I was grieving and hence to run with Movember has added meaning. Any support you can offer, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page, would mean the world.
