My motivation

This November, my friends and I are taking part in Movember, a charity close to all our hearts. We aim to raise vital funds for men's mental health. Separately, I’ve decided to run 5km every day throughout November. This isn’t about setting record times. Instead, it’s about showing up, starting conversations, and encouraging someone new to join me each day.
