Hi Friends, it's that time of year again. Over the last couple of years we've raised over €34000 for @movemberireland , through a combination of shaving, hardship and various whiskey related activities.

This year I'll be aiming to complete 10,000 pushups in the month of November. in addition to running a darts extravaganza on November 23rd in Flightclub Dublin.

Please donate generously to a worthy cause very close to my heart. As many of you know I had testicular cancer at the age of 21 and have tried to do a little every year to help however I can.
