Hi Friends, it's that time of year again. Over the last couple of years we've raised over €28,000 for @movemberireland , through a combination of shaving, hardship and various whiskey related activities.

This year I'll be taking a dip in the Irish sea every morning and I'll be inviting a crew of hardy individuals to join me any morning they. Just drop me a message and swing down to Clontarf around 0630 to join the Northside Mo Bros for a morning wake up call.

Please donate generously to a worthy cause very close to my heart. As many of you know I had testicular cancer at the age of 21 and have tried to do a little every year to help however I can.
