There's a perception in rugby that the players are all tough fellas who bottle everything up and don't talk when we're not in a good head space. Let's try and change the mindset and be able to open up to someone and stem the tide of suicides and self harm in Ireland.

The Sport & Fitness Challenge

The final weekend of Movember is here! As a group, you've raised over €180,000 and counting for Movember, absolutely incredible!

We're still seeing incredible events and activity across the country this weekend and early next week. Keep an eye on those leaderboards, there's still time to climb!

Do you have any last-minute donations or cash funds from your events? Make sure to get them added to your team page as the 2025 leaderboards will close on Monday December 8th, at 10 PM.
