This is bigger than a challenge. This is about saving lives.

I’ve experienced firsthand just how dark life can become. I’ve battled addiction, struggled with my mental health and found myself in places I never imagined I’d be.

There were times when I couldn’t see a way forward.

But I’m still here. And while my journey is far from perfect, I’ve made a decision to use my experiences to try to make a difference in the lives of others.

That’s why I’ve started taking on extreme physical and mental endurance challenges. Not to prove I’m better than anyone. Not for recognition. But to show people that no matter how far you’ve fallen, your story doesn’t have to end there.

Your past does not have to define your future.

Through these challenges, I want to raise awareness around mental health, addiction and suicide, particularly among men who often feel they have to suffer in silence.

I’ve already completed two major endurance challenges, raising over €1,200 for mental health awareness and support. But this journey is only beginning.

I’m now proud to be supporting Movember, an organisation working to improve men’s health and tackle some of the biggest issues affecting men today.

My goal is to raise €5,000, but the impact I want to make goes far beyond money.

If sharing my story encourages one man to speak up, one person to seek help or someone struggling to believe that change is possible, then every kilometre, every difficult moment and every challenge will have been worth it.

You are not weak for struggling. You are not weak for asking for help. And you are never beyond the possibility of rebuilding your life.

Thank you to everyone who supports, shares or donates. Every contribution matters.

This isn’t about me anymore. It’s about all of us.

And remember, there is always a positive in a negative.
