My motivation

This October, I am running the Dublin City Marathon as part of the For Bernard Movember Team, raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health.

I never had the privilege of meeting Bernard, but through his family and friends I’ve heard what a wonderful, compassionate and talented person he was. It means a lot to be able to run in Bernard’s memory.

This run is for all the dads, brothers, sons and friends in our lives. If this helps even one person feel less alone or start a conversation, every km will be worth it. Any donation or share would mean so much. ❤️
