My motivation

Well lads,
I’m taking part in Movember this year in memory of my dad, who died by suicide. Suicide is the leading cause of death for men aged 18-35 in Ireland and in most modern countries. There's a stigma around men expressing their feelings and seeking help and I want that to change. No one should ever feel alone or like the only option is ending their own life. I want to use this fundraiser to help raise awareness around men’s mental health and encourage people to talk when they’re struggling. I’m growing the moustache and taking on the Move challenge (200km) throughout November to raise as much as I can for Movember’s work supporting men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and overall wellbeing. Any donation, even as small as €2 would mean a lot to me and would go a long way. Any shares of the link would also help massively. Thanks lads.
