Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. I am doing 100km in honour of the late Conor Clune who was sadly lost back in may 2025. Conor was a staple in the community and not a bad word was ever said about him. Stand up and raise awareness against suicide for men.
