My motivation

This November, I’m walking a minimum of 250km for Movember and men’s health.
After spinal fusion surgery last year, recovery hasn’t been easy - but it’s reminded me how important it is to look after your health. I’ve had plenty of tests and check-ups over the past year, and while most turn out fine, the peace of mind is worth it.
Don’t ignore something that doesn’t feel right. Talk, get checked, and look after yourself.
