Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember, I’m turning up the volume for men’s health with an all-day DJ event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for an important cause — supporting men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

Every minute of every day, a man dies by suicide somewhere in the world. That’s over 60 men every hour. In Ireland alone, around 3 out of 4 suicides are men, and suicide remains the leading cause of death for men under 50. These numbers are heartbreaking — but together, we can make a difference.

Men often feel the pressure to stay strong, to keep things bottled up, or to “man up.” But the truth is: it’s okay not to be okay. Reaching out for help takes strength, not weakness. Whether it’s talking to a friend, family member, or professional — you are never alone, and support is always available.

On November 22nd, join us for a day of music, connection, and community. Every beat, every track, and every donation will help fund programs that support mental health, prevent suicide, and change the face of men’s health for the better.

Let’s spin for a cause, start the conversation, and show that it’s strong to speak up.
