In association with Ballygunner GAA, we are hosting the 'Paul Foley Memorial Run' in honour of our beloved former clubmate and friend, Paul Foley.

The Paul Foley 10k/5k Memorial Walk/Run will set off from Ballygunner Hurling Club, Ballygunner, Waterford, X91 R863 on Saturday October 4th 2025. Your donations to Movember will raise much needed funds for men's health including men's mental health, prostate and testicular cancer.

A Movember initiative the club are keen to support is the 'Ahead of the Game' This is the free training programme delivered to GAA clubs country-wide in conjunction with the GAA and Gaelic Players Association (GPA). It teaches young players, parents and coaches how to build mental fitness and strengthen resilience to deal with challenges in sport and in life; you may have seen it highlighted at the Kilkenny v Tipperary All Ireland Hurling Semi-Final this year.
