Brew with a Bro.

I’m Jack, and this Movember I’m asking you to do something simple: grab a brew with one of your boys. A pint, a coffee, a tea, it doesn’t matter. Just sit down and talk.

Suicide is still the leading cause of death in young men in Ireland.

If you know me, you’ll know this is something very close to my heart. Since I was 17, I’ve felt a responsibility to try and do something about it in whatever way I can.
And that hasn’t changed.

In August 2025, I ran 100 kilometres along the west coast of Ireland.
On May 10th, 2026, I ran the full length of Ireland, from Malin Head to Mizen Head. Over 550 kilometres.
Combined, we raised almost €30,000.
And I say “we” because that was all of you.

Those runs taught me that you can always take one more step, even when you can’t see the finish line.
But they also taught me that the miles that mattered most were the ones I didn’t run alone.

That’s what Brew with a Bro is about.
Not having all the answers.
Not pretending to be perfect.
Just showing up for each other.
