My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

For years I struggled with my mental health unknowingly. I thought it was just the way things were, that it was 'normal' until I reached a breaking point.
I was lucky to have friends who helped me through it and saw me out the other side. Others, however, are not quite so lucky. From a very young age we are taught as men to be 'stoic and strong'. Talking about how we feel is seen as a sign of weakness and we are encouraged, silently, to shut up.
I want to do my part to ensure others feel comfortable to seek help.
