My motivation

Here’s my story….

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. Please donate to support men's health.
Recently I’ve been struggling with my own mental health and bottled a lot of things up and told nobody about it. I went through a patch of sadness and loneliness and couldn’t figure out why but sometimes we all just feel down. With the stigma around men’s mental health you feel like you have to put on a brave face and tell nobody but that’s not the case. There’s people to talk to whether it’s friends or family or somebody on the outside that can just listen. We all have our struggles in life and it is absolutely okay to talk about your feeling and emotions. I have decided to do the Dublin marathon something I have never ever done in my life. I have 16 weeks of training before it starts so I will have to dig deep and push on. With the help of all you guys and gals out there I would love to raise €1500 and help raise awareness for mens mental health. I will be documenting my training and progress through instagram and here so you guys can see how I am getting on. Thanks so much for everything
