My motivation

This year, instead of growing a mo for the month of November, I will be shaving my head at the end of it to raise funds to support mental health awareness & suicide prevention.

Globally, on average, 1 man dies by suicide every minute of every day.

Samaritans & Pieta House provide a range of services nationally to people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, those who engage in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide.

All of their services are provided free of charge, and no referral is needed.
