Hi everyone! This year myself and a great group of lads have decided to take part in Movember to try and raise some money for men’s mental health awareness! I can speak for the whole group when I say that men’s mental health is something that has impacted us all either personally with our own struggles or from seeing the struggle of friends and family , therefore we have decided to try our best to do something about it ! The concept of Movember is that each ridiculous moustache is a conversation starter for men’s mental health and if all of us looking like mad Australians for a month can bring about even just one important conversation then it’s all worth it.
