Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, I have buried two close friends to this illness and as someone who is bi polar I want to try get rid of the stigma around men's mental health. I will do 100km in the month of November as of toni I have completed my challenge 100.4km done and dusted thank you. Made all the harder by a damaged achilles tendon and a chest infection but always remember ur why
