My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I am proudly participating in Movember alongside the University of Galway Law Society, and this marks my fourth year of dedication to this meaningful cause. My journey with Movember began after the devastating loss of a dear friend to suicide. In the wake of this tragedy, I embarked on a personal journey of understanding and advocating for mental health.

Over the years, I have acquired awareness of the significance of mental health and the struggles that many individuals face daily. Each day brings new lessons and insights, and I'm committed to using this knowledge to make a positive impact.

I wholeheartedly encourage all of you to join us in Movember. It's not just about growing facial hair; it's a powerful movement that raises awareness about men's health, particularly mental health. It provides an opportunity for all of us to make a difference, create conversations, and support one another.
