Hi everyone myself along with my close friends are all running a 440km “Tag in, tag out” Ultra relay race this August in aid of movember a charity close to our hearts and I'm sure many of yours in memory of our friend Conor. Movember is a charity which creates awareness and offers a variety of supports for men's health such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and most importantly mental health and suicide prevention. Unfortunately we all know someone who has been affected by suicide.
