Mental health is a topic very close to my heart. I struggle with it like all men do. I have suffered loss. But it's ok to not be ok. My motivation is to raise awareness for all those who feel hopeless. There is always hope. It just takes the courage to put on that red cape.

You’ve grown, moved, and rallied together, all in the name of men’s health. Thanks to your incredible efforts, we’ve smashed our target, raising over €900,000 to fund life-changing programmes and research for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health – an unbelievable achievement. Thank you!

A special shoutout to Mercury, who claimed the #1 spot this year with an absolutely stellar performance from their team. You’ve set the bar high for everyone!
