Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Unfortunately, I lost someone very close to me to male suicide. I will always ask myself if I could have helped more, been a better person, more understanding. I'll never have the answers, but all I can do now is to help others.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Everyone has unfortunately been affected in some way by male suicide.
