My motivation

Not only will I be attempting to grow a horrible looking moustache, I will be taking on a huge physical challenge that will properly test me. I hope to run the same distance from my house in Dublin to the bottom of Ireland - Mizzen head (321km) in 30 days. I am doing this to raise awareness of the challenges that men's health faces every day. I hope that my challenge can inspire others to get through their own challenges that life throws at them and even if the end seems miles away I will hopefully show that anything is possible and there is always hope in the darkest moments. It won’t be easy so I will take you all on the journey with me through daily updates. Any kind of support would be greatly appreciated.
