My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

I am climbing Kilimanjaro in June as a means to both raise awareness and to provide much needed support via fundraising to Movember Ireland which will help continue to tackle the ongoing problem of mental health issues in both this country and abroad.
I would be grateful if you could contribute towards this fundraiser, donations great or small would be greatly appreciated.
