My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

For 2025, my goal is to Raise 1,500€ and Run the Dublin Marathon in aid of Movember!

The money I raise this Movember will help fund life-changing mental health programs, groundbreaking research and scientific breakthroughs for cancer treatments.

Donate in honor of the men who should still be here today.* Globally, men die 4.5 years earlier than women.
* In Ireland, 8 out of 10 suicides are men.
* OVER 4,000 men a year in Ireland are diagnosed with prostate cancer
* Testicular cancer is the most common form of cancer in men aged between 15 and 34.

Pretty shocking, right? That’s why I’m doing Movember this year.

Hey Business Mo's - Happy Friday!

We're halfway through the month and have almost raised a combined total of €300,000 within the Movember Business Club! A HUGE well done and thank you from all of us here at Mo HQ for the work that is going on around the country to help raise funds to change the face of men's health.

International Men’s Day takes place this Sunday, 19 November - if you’re around the Dublin area there is a Family Day being hosted by the Frontline Mo Bros in Phibsborough Fire Station from 11-3pm pop by and say hello!

A shout out to the teams battling it out just off your screens in spaces 21-24 of our leaderboard. We have Team CRH Ireland, Intel Shannon Movember, Raheen Moustachery Society and AGL - Movember Team 2023 - all still to play for over the next few weeks!
