Only took a month but a little shadow has finally appeared. Normal patchy beard to resume asap.
The ronnie is shocking but delighted to get the miles in and ditch the booze for the month. Made the most of a tough time and raised some cash for a great cause - so happy out!

My Day 15 Mo is most people’s Day 5. Would expect to get ID’d if I went to buy alcohol these days. Nearly half way on the running and about 10 hairs on me face. Thanks for the donations babies x

3 days in. 4km under the belt, not an upper lip hair in sight. Face still recovering from the butchering I gave it on day 1.
