Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates out there but especially for my best friend Bernard who took his life at the end of 2020. Bernard was one of the most amazing , intelligent and beautiful people to ever exist. There are no words to describe how much he meant to me and he will never be forgotten. This month I’ll be moving 100km , growing out the mustache and trying to raise as much awareness for mental health and money as possible. I’m the captain of the For Bernard team and last year we won small team of the year award. This year we have 30 people and will be moving over 3000km and hosting some events. Any donations are appreciated big or small and also please share my movember page. To keep up to date with events through the month follow @forbernardteam on Instagram

Hey Max,

The good ship Movember is well and truly launched, but like all good moustaches, there are still a few stray whiskers to tidy up.

As we sail forth, we are looking to our captains to help get the crew in order and registered for the campaign. Here is your team link to share now and get those final few on board.

https://ie.movember.com/team/2411363

Why?

-The more teammates, the greater the potential

-They get access to Movember rewards

-Track their fundraising success

-Access our important men’s health resources

Show your commitment to the cause and boost the impact of your team by finalising the crew. We really appreciate your help in leading your squad to moustachioed glory.

 All the best,

-Sydney

Hi NAME!

THANK YOU! From the bottom of the hearts of all of Mo HQ, thank you for your awe-inspiring fundraising this Movember.

The impact you’ve made raising awareness and fundraising to help stop men from dying too young in mo-numental. This includes ground-breaking projects –such as our new HUGS@HOME project we’re funding with RCSI to provide mental health support for frontline workers.

Hope the Quiz night is going well tonight!

Please keep it up for the last few days of Mo, and once again thank you,

We could not do it without you,

Ashley, Mo HQ
