My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year on behalf of Movember, I’m taking on a personal mission to raise €1,500 for men’s health by running the Dublin City Marathon in 2025. Men’s health issues like prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and male suicide have touched my life deeply—I lost my father to suicide after his battle with prostate cancer.

Movember is about reducing male suicide rates, breaking the stigma around mental health, and encouraging men to open up. By supporting this cause, we can help save lives, start vital conversations, and ensure no man faces his struggles alone. Let’s make a difference together. Please join me in supporting this important mission.
