My motivation

The weather in November is always cold and wet and going out in that every day for 30 days makes this a tough challenge both physically and mentally . Some of us train in AP performance gym and Conor has designed a tough and challenging program for the month ahead . We are taking on the challenge of 2k a day.
It will be hard, running 2k is no problem for a lot of people but committing to running 2k *everyday* is hard. That’s the point of a challenge! The makeup of the runs will be mostly sprint based and will have various different distance. We all believe that Movember raises great awareness for Men’s Health . We would appreciate any donations big or small especially in tough times with Covid 19.
