My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Testicular cancer

I’m taking on the Movember Challenge again this year because of a very personal motivation.

In October 2020, I underwent an orchidectomy to remove my left testis after my Urologist discovered that I had two separate testicular tumours. Fortunately, the biopsy later revealed that these were both premalignant.

Per the Irish Cancer Society page, Testicular Cancer is the most common form of cancer for men in the 15-34 age bracket, with 180 men a year in Ireland diagnosed.

Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from testicular cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

We're halfway through the month and have almost raised a combined total of €300,000 within the Movember Business Club! A HUGE well done and thank you from all of us here at Mo HQ for the work that is going on around the country to help raise funds to change the face of men's health.

International Men’s Day takes place this Sunday, 19 November - if you’re around the Dublin area there is a Family Day being hosted by the Frontline Mo Bros in Phibsborough Fire Station from 11-3pm pop by and say hello!

A shout out to the teams battling it out just off your screens in spaces 21-24 of our leaderboard. We have Team CRH Ireland, Intel Shannon Movember, Raheen Moustachery Society and AGL - Movember Team 2023 - all still to play for over the next few weeks!
