Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young. This year I lost a good friend to suicide and I wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy. People, men in particular, still feel like they can't talk about their problems. Not only becuase of the stigma, which we still haven't defeated, but because of the pathetic state of mental health services in Ireland. Please donate to Movember so we can provide people who are struggling with an outlet to get the help they need.
