Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. This is my 5th year taking part and I'm really excited to be a part of a cause again this year which is making a big difference in how men's health is viewed. Every year I have been involved I have had more to fight for. Since I have been involved I've come to the unfortunate conclusion that there is more work to be done now than there was when I started. We still live in a world where too many men are scared or embarrassed to talk about their health and it often leads to men suffering in silence. Through men educating themselves on prostate cancer and testicular cancer, we can encourage positive conversations to reduce the number of men who are unaware of the risks of common male cancers. Men's mental health is also commonly neglected by men. 1 man commits suicide every minute worldwide. This needs to change. Sometimes all we need to do to make a difference for the men in our lives is take the time to listen. Men often fear talking about their mental health as they think they might be perceived as weak by others, but in reality, it shows real strength to talk about it openly. We need to encourage men to be comfortable expressing their feelings without fear of judgement. I ask you to donate to this cause if you can, but more importantly please take the time to read the stories and information on this site. It is important to share the message and get people talking about men's health. Together we can change the face of men's health and stop men dying too young.

Hey Business Mo's - Happy Friday!

We're halfway through the month and have almost raised a combined total of €300,000 within the Movember Business Club! A HUGE well done and thank you from all of us here at Mo HQ for the work that is going on around the country to help raise funds to change the face of men's health.

International Men’s Day takes place this Sunday, 19 November - if you’re around the Dublin area there is a Family Day being hosted by the Frontline Mo Bros in Phibsborough Fire Station from 11-3pm pop by and say hello!

A shout out to the teams battling it out just off your screens in spaces 21-24 of our leaderboard. We have Team CRH Ireland, Intel Shannon Movember, Raheen Moustachery Society and AGL - Movember Team 2023 - all still to play for over the next few weeks!
