My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember were joining them. This year has been a massive challenge for everyones mental health. Few of us have been not have been left with a lingering feeling of anxiety and apprehension over the months to come. More than ever we need to be proactive about mental health. Together we can make a difference for men's ( and women's) health in mental health and suicide prevention.

In previous years UCDSC has run large scale events , brought people together with sport and raised over 4000 euro. This year things will be different. We will be organising single person / small group events. We will be bringing people together over zoom calls. And we will most certainly be raising more money.

We ask you to please donate whatever you can to our cause.

Finally fundraising is a excellent way of trying to improve peoples mental health. It cant do everything. A simple call or text to a friend you haven't spoken to in a while can sometimes make the difference between a good day and a bad day.
