Hello beautiful people,

Movember is here again and this year i've decided to actually write something with my own words.

To those who are still not aware, Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health.

And I am one of the affected men as i had serious depressions in the past where i was confined to my home with no will to see or talk to anyone.

I successfully overcome that, but it took time, lots of time, that i won't get back.

Since then, i struggle everyday with severe anxiety, and it was actually after i started working with EA that i was able to get on the right path to try and live in harmony with it.

Something i wouldn't be able to, without the help of some of my colleagues and most important, my family.

But many of those affected by mental illness don't have that kind of support, which can lead them to losing the will to live.

And that's the reason that charities like Movember exist, so please, help them help the ones in need.

Remember, mental illness does not discriminates, doesn't matter your social status, your religion nor the colour of your skin.

We should all be in this together as only together we get stronger.

We're halfway through the month and have almost raised a combined total of €300,000 within the Movember Business Club! A HUGE well done and thank you from all of us here at Mo HQ for the work that is going on around the country to help raise funds to change the face of men's health.

International Men’s Day takes place this Sunday, 19 November - if you’re around the Dublin area there is a Family Day being hosted by the Frontline Mo Bros in Phibsborough Fire Station from 11-3pm pop by and say hello!

A shout out to the teams battling it out just off your screens in spaces 21-24 of our leaderboard. We have Team CRH Ireland, Intel Shannon Movember, Raheen Moustachery Society and AGL - Movember Team 2023 - all still to play for over the next few weeks!

My daughter was not very happy to see me with a clean shave, she actually took a while to recognise me and when she did, oh my god, I should've recorded that face, tears almost dropped :)
