My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

Year 9 of being a Mo Bro!

The reason behind Movember for me is more than just growing some facial hair and raising funds, but about raising awareness and starting conversation about men's mental health.

Knowing just what it's like to go through tough time's, I also know it's the support around you that makes things easier. I've always been lucky enough to have my family and a solid group of friends there at the worst of times and it's people like that who really got me through it. Not everyone is as fortunate though and with the stigma around speaking out, some people suffer more than they should.

With that said, this year i'll be doing my best to raise awareness and spread the word, not for myself, but for all the others out there who struggle.

Let's make a change in men's mental health and get conversation flowing!

Hey Nick,

The good ship Movember is well and truly launched, but like all good moustaches, there are still a few stray whiskers to tidy up.

As we sail forth, we are looking to our captains to help get the crew in order and registered for the campaign. Here is your team link to share now and get those final few on board.

https://ie.movember.com/team/2355657

Why?

-The more teammates, the greater the potential

-They get access to Movember rewards

-Track their fundraising success

-Access our important men’s health resources

Show your commitment to the cause and boost the impact of your team by finalising the crew. We really appreciate your help in leading your squad to moustachioed glory.

 All the best,

-Sydney
